The call centre team (Swati,Raoul & Tom) along with their managers are beyond legend going above and beyond to assist with my issue on a Friday night no less! Genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. You have helped a young lady have a wonderful birthday!!

The machine ate my eftpos card and an employee of ASB stole the card and used it to make several purchases. Despite this person being on camera, ASB and branch manager Robyn Hellawell refused to accept any responsibility and tried to gaslight me into thinking the incident never happened despite overwhelming proof saying otherwise. These things happen, (they shouldn’t), but it was ASB and Robyn Hellawells terrible handling of the situation and obvious protection of the offender that really makes this situation dodgy. Also Robyn Hellawell was a real pain to deal with, specially considering I had done nothing wrong. You have been warned.

The person I dealt with was officious and inflexible. Insisted my specialist use a rubber stamp which she didn’t have, gave an unreasonable deadline and throughout her email referred to me as ‘member’ rather than using personal pronouns or my name.

Great experience. I did not catch their name, but a staff member helped me verify my identity without me booking an appointment. Very friendly. Made me feel appreciated and that my time was respected.
