Overall, the service is good, but there's one woman who treats senior citizens terribly. She covers her ID so people can't see her name. She's tall and wears glasses. Arrogant and haughty.

The security guard, Mr. Alex, at the entrance provided excellent service. I came with my grandmother to replace her card, and he told me I could do it through the app without having to wait in line. I wish all branches had the same staff, with the same helpfulness and willingness to assist.
