The service sucks, they make you wait a long time for service and there's absolutely no supervisor that is worried about the wait. Typical state run bank attitude, unfortunately it's something a lot of foreigners need to deal with total buzz kill.

I walked into the bank with the absurd hope that someone would do their job with a modicum of respect. How naive of me. There were two people working at customer service: one young and one old. And of course, I got the old guy. This guy managed to break a record: never in my life had I been served by such a useless person in such a hurry and with such poor manners. Extremely slow customer service. I arrived at 9:20 and have been waiting for over 40 minutes without being attended to, even though the branch isn't very busy (there are only a few of us waiting and the wait time is already approaching an hour).
