Branch with customer parking and very efficient service. The service is very friendly, and while the waiting chairs aren't comfortable, there are armchairs available.
They have exclusive parking for customers; the barrier opens with a bank card. I went at 11 am and there were no lines. The security guard was super friendly and knew where everything was. I made two deposits and was all set by 11:15 am.
The security guard on the morning shift, 9:40 a.m., August 13th. Disrespectful, completely unwilling to help when asked about parking. Completely rude and arrogant. I don't know who gave him the authority to treat customers badly.
Could you add an express deposit box for when you close in the afternoon?
Terrible service. It took over an hour just to have my checks checked, and the tellers didn't seem to care. As a customer of this bank, it leaves much to be desired.
