It appears to be open on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., but when you go to the branch, it's closed. They should edit the hours.

The customer service is terrible. They fix their hair, chat, laugh, and never start serving you.

What's the self-criticism of the person who manages this branch? They can't keep up with all the customers. Wait times are extremely slow. I've been waiting for over an hour and a half and still haven't been served. All to get a measly card for my mother's pension. The lady at the express service desk on February 3rd was alone and dealt with customers more quickly.

Terrible service. The staff lets anyone in and forgets about customer numbers. The service is incredibly slow and it seems like nobody cares; they just spend their time chatting and wandering around. I recommend using other banks for your accounts.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They should be ashamed of having only two measly customer service windows open in such a large bank with so many people. To make matters worse, the staff slowly and rudely change the numbers on the screen, and when they finally help you, they do so with a blank expression. They should send their employees to proper customer service training and teach them to stop acting like they own the bank when they're just workers.
