The ATM area is always closed, it is only open during bank hours, one wants to withdraw money at 5 in the afternoon and cannot.
On March 26, 2024, I went to the Banco de Chile, 1 Sur 3 Ote. to resolve a password problem. My experience of going in person to resolve my problem, because I am a senior citizen, was that I was passed over in resolving my problem and I had to leave the office because the premises were closed.
The service is very slow. I went to change my card PIN and it took almost 4 hours to be attended to.
I waited for hours only to be told they couldn't process my request and to go half a block away to see if they could fix it. Both times I went in the last few months, I ended up waiting ages, and now I'm going to another agency.
