Is their motto "Banco de Chile"? Because the service is truly appalling; they offer no solutions. Elizabeth, the representative on the first floor, is clueless, constantly asking her colleague questions. If they're not going to have a qualified person, they shouldn't have one at all. I've gone twice to sign documents because the process takes forever. It seems like wasting time with this bank is normal; they play with people's time, and to top it all off, they raise their voices if you complain. Disgusting service.

The Express branch is slow, the queue isn't respected, and the Customer Service representative is unhelpful, just trying to send as many people as possible to the bank. The staff inside the bank, not in the Express branch, are very friendly.

I went to the branch for a mortgage evaluation and the person refused to help me, claiming there was a supposed system error that I never saw. Javier Hernández's service was terrible.

The security guard was lovely. Very attentive. I brought my godfather, who, although he can climb stairs, is a senior citizen. He had some difficulty getting to the second floor. We arrived, took a number, however, there isn't a priority line for seniors, pregnant women, or people with reduced mobility. Finally, they could set up a customer service desk on the first floor.

A very bad bank, its infrastructure is disproportionate to the number of people who come every day. As an anecdotal fact, on the second floor, the same executives give you the customer service number and announce when it's someone's turn (there's no screen). They also have a TV that should be for the public, but it's on a wall where it can't be seen from the waiting area.
