This bank is terribly managed. Only three teller windows are open, and there are many empty counters. There's no priority service for senior citizens. I waited an hour and twenty minutes with my 91-year-old grandfather to be served at a teller window. Even so, they allow people to skip the line and just walk right in.

Terrible, from the "branch manager" to the security guard at the entrance. They don't even know the name of the "boss," which is Guillermo. He doesn't solve anything, he doesn't even listen. I tried asking him, "What's my problem?" He gave me a completely untrue answer, just taking offense and saying it was a system problem, which wasn't the case. Anything you say is an insult to him, just like everyone else there. There are no IDs, and the security guard—everyone gets offended if you tell them they're not giving you an answer to your question or a solution to a problem that's theirs, and that the customers aren't to blame for. They're the ones who are disrespectful with their terrible treatment, empty answers, and inability to perform their duties or even behave as expected.

Today I went for the second time in less than 7 days to renew my RUT account and the system was down. When I asked which branch was open, they told me none. However, I went to one in Vitacura and not only was I treated very well, but the security guard helped me look after my bicycle while I completed the process. The renewal costs 1000 pesos, and even then, the Macul Quilín branch doesn't do its job properly in customer service. When I went in to ask if the system was back up, the first thing they did was urgently demand that I not bring my bike inside. When I asked if the system was back up, they told me it was still down, even though I had my new RUT account just an hour after it was issued at another branch. I don't know what the point of this customer service is, but it's necessary to file mass complaints on the Banco Estado website.

That bank is a disaster. Nobody has any information. And the negligent representative who helped me lied to get service. I went with my underage son to open an account, and he told me it was from age 14, but it's from age 12, and my son is 13. In short, it's clear he denied me service.

The capacity sign clearly states 28 people. I've been here for an hour, and at one point, I've counted more than 35 people inside, even reaching 40 at one point. There are three people controlling access, but no one is ensuring that the same number of people entering as those leaving do. The security guard lets people in based on his own judgment, not on the rules. In short, if you come, stay away from the crowd at the entrance and wear a mask. They don't seem to care about you here.
