It's usually not crowded. The wait isn't long. The atmosphere is pleasant, with plenty of seating and a comfortable temperature. The staff are always friendly and helpful, as are the security guards, who are always willing to assist.
The deposit lines were SO SLOW! I ran into a problem with the ATM and had to use a slip of paper 🤦🏼♀️ I arrived at 1:25 PM and left at 2:23 PM, and there were ONLY 3 numbers to wait for! HORRIBLE!!!
I had trouble creating a new online banking password for Banco de Chile. I asked for help from Banco de Chile's customer service team and was assisted by a wonderful representative who patiently helped me create a new password. Congratulations to representative Patricia Possenato for her dedication, tremendous patience, and kindness. Thank you so much!
The bank's service is disgustingly bad, customer service is terrible, and the support staff is equally awful. People walk in and are served without even calling a number; it's all a scam.
