Banco Estado being Banco Estado... Slow, inefficient, and only long faces when it comes to customer service. Everything is wrong with this bank.

Terrible service. I went to request a new debit card because I lost my old one, and it took them forever (3 hours!!!) to deliver it to me.

Terrible service, there are only two people at the checkout for everyone... Customer service... they're operating with three people... it takes more than two hours to get service inside... and outside you have to wait in line the same way... like another hour.

An agency located in the heart of Santiago, offering fast and friendly service, where you can complete any transaction, whether customer service or cashiering. They are a great experience! I recommend them!
