Horrible, only two people serving everyone. Long lines form.
I actually went to the one located at the corner of Bandera and Bombero Adolfo Ossa streets. I entered, greeted the security guard, went down to customer service, waited a minute, and they called and resolved all my issues promptly. The service was very efficient and fast. Thank you very much.
Terrible customer service for the general public... They have 6 cash registers and only 1 for the general public... And those of us who are CrediChile customers don't consider them customers of the same bank... Terrible
They have 4 registers available, but only one cashier! I've been waiting for over half an hour to be served...
