I don't know why it's inside the subway, but the service was quick and they resolved my issue. I still think it's strange that it's inside the subway, especially since it's a large system and you can easily get lost inside, but the service was good; I have no complaints.
Located at the Universidad de Chile station. The young lady who helped me was super friendly, and the service was quick and courteous. It's appreciated that the branch has a fan and air conditioning.
The service was terrible. I went to the branch to ask about the BePass. A woman helped me. She refused to help me and spoke to me in a very arrogant and haughty manner. I don't recommend coming to this branch.
