Fernanda should be the branch manager! Despite arriving right before closing time, she was incredibly helpful and in less than 3 minutes was able to identify and fix an account activation problem that none of the other branches I'd visited (including a large one downtown) had been able to solve or even explain. I also agree with other positive reviews; the security guard was very friendly and professional. 10/10 experience.
Nothing extraordinary. The executive who helped me had no idea what I was asking. My compliments to the security guard who was on duty yesterday, Thursday; his level of education, cordiality, and kindness is hard to find these days. I didn't see him when I left to ask his name, but he's by far the best thing about the branch.
The security guard was very friendly and attentive. Overall, a good experience.
