The security guard (an elderly man with white hair, short in stature) organizes customers in such a way that the line of seats acts as your place in line inside the bank. Therefore, every time the line moved forward, the guard forced you to change seats. I stood up about four times, and on the fifth, I expressed my frustration. He opens the door for all the other customers as they leave, and just as I was leaving, he slammed the door in my face. He did it on purpose because I was staring at him mockingly. His attitude was appalling; my visit to this bank was very unpleasant. I hope the branch manager reprimands him. If an 80-year-old person goes to the branch, will they also have to change seats five times?

Bad service from cashiers, terrible service, they take a long time to serve, 1 cashier is working

The bank is located downstairs at the Tobalaba station, exit Luis Thayer. Don't rely on Google Maps.

I went to pay my loan, but when I arrived I found out I couldn't do it there (even though I waited an hour). They told me over the phone that I could go to a BancoEstado Express (Serviestado), but nowhere did it say that payments couldn't be made there! They sent me somewhere else... It wouldn't cost anything to put up a sign saying you can't make payments there or that they don't have a cash register.

Excellent service is what you receive at the fastest bank in the area; it took me longer to find the place than it takes to be inside. Clean and with few customers, it's the best place to do quick banking errands.
