The wait time for customer service is excessive. The service is either very slow or there's a lack of service counters. I wasted 1 hour and 30 minutes (I arrived at number S20 and got S30) and had to leave without being able to exchange my card. Furthermore, the staff were very rude; I don't think they have any dedication to customer service!

Horrible experience. Aside from waiting almost three hours to be seen, the representative couldn't offer any solution. She even told me she was an accountant and had all her transactions in order, and that I should do the same. These representatives seem to forget they are the face of the bank. Awful service; I'll never go back to that branch to have such a terrible time.

My account manager, Yenifer Gutierrez, has provided excellent service. In the three years she's been assigned to me, she's always been very helpful, especially with my checking account. When the front desk tells me I can't do something and that I have to go to the business registry, she always resolves my issues and answers my questions. I want to highlight her outstanding service.

There was a long delay. I got number s068 at 11:24 and when I arrived they were on number S030 here at customer service. Now, at 13:20, it's only on s059 and they're closing some customer service modules.
