It's a shame that so many people have to have an account at this bank because they have no other alternatives. Even though the people who helped me were friendly, the process of withdrawing money from a bank account and requesting a money order took me two hours and 20 minutes. Not to mention the smell of sewage in the branch, especially in the basement where the cash registers and customer service are located. A very bad experience.

Terrible service. We waited a long time, and when the person finally arrived, they told us they had to attend to someone else first and told us to complete the process online. In the end, they gave preference to an acquaintance.

The security guard started raising his voice, and there was an elderly woman waiting, but he didn't take into account our wait. The only person in charge of the RUT accounts had to leave without helping us because she got a call from her daughter's daycare. It's unacceptable that she would leave everyone else unattended just because of a call from daycare, and on top of that, treat everyone badly. My daughter and I were there, and if I raised my voice, it's because I'm hard of hearing and can't speak quietly, but that's no excuse for disrespecting me, my daughter, or the elderly woman who was waiting. Awful service.

Bad smell (like a bathroom throughout the branch), ATM empty, but no one indicates it. In plain sight of the security guard and store manager, people wait in line and go to that ATM to waste their time, instead of posting an out-of-service sign.
