Banco de Chile 301 Avenida Santa Clara Huechuraba

Between the attentiveness of the tellers, the customer service I've encountered, my card agent, the ATM where I can make cash deposits directly into my account without going through the register, and the security guard who always greets me, I have to say it's a good bank. It also saves me a lot because I stop by during work hours or during lunch breaks if I need anything from them. Banks' normal hours are until 2 p.m., so I would have to miss work to go to a bank, and having this one here always saves me.

Excellent service... From the gentleman who kindly opened the door for us to the branch manager in Huechuraba... Very empathetic and kind, especially to the elderly... My congratulations to all of them...

Terrible customer service desk, at least 20 minutes with each person, a lack of respect for people's time and needs, when I arrive at the desk it takes 4 minutes to serve me (parking is by the minute and very expensive). Bad luck that they paid me with a check and I had to come here, I stopped being a customer here for exactly the same reason, not all the points programs make up for the poor service of this bank.

Very efficient service, the wait was minimal. The checkout service was quick and the customer service desk was excellent.

Slow service. This store has three registers, but only two are open. The cashier is rude, doesn't greet customers, and shows zero interest. The manager just chats near the customer service desk.
