There are many ATMs, but to withdraw dollars purchased online, you have to wait at the first teller window, and they only tell you this after you've taken your turn and waited at other teller windows. It's a very large and nice-looking bank, but you see all the staff spending their time on the phone while you wait an hour and still haven't been able to complete your transaction. Other customers are also unhappy with the wait time.
Despite having all the technology and boxes available, it took them 35 minutes to find my checkbook. Please provide better training for your new staff and ensure the document boxes are better organized.
That's a very good branch, with several dedicated managers, well-functioning tellers, and excellent customer service. I don't often need to go there, but every time I've been, I've received great service from everyone. I highly recommend it.
