Do yourselves a favor and don't even think about getting your mortgage through this company, and definitely not through this branch. The advisor who handles those processes and the manager are a complete mess and don't know what they're doing. I almost lost my contract with the construction company because the "manager," D.T., and the advisor were waiting for a response from someone at the mortgage center who no longer worked with them, and they weren't even aware of it. I had to go and tell them. Terrible service, completely unprofessional, and they always make excuses about "not knowing," but guess what? If you don't pay your installment, they can't use the same excuse. I can only pay them through online channels. I couldn't stand dealing with those people for more than two months.

It's really terrible. The QR code scanning only activates when the doors open, and no one respects your turn. There's not even a single person to guide 3-year-olds, like at other banks. There's no priority line, and once you've booked your turn, you're lost. After you've booked, they make you wait more than an hour to be served.

Not only here but everywhere we've been, the customer service is undesirable.

Terrible! An endless line and a long wait. They supposedly expedited the process by doing it online; I only had to claim my card, and I had to wait over two hours just at the cashier to get it. Why don't they hire more cashiers when they have the positions available?
