What horrible customer service, and the elderly aren't helped with appointments. If they don't have a cell phone to schedule an appointment, they're screwed. The service is horrible, as if you were garbage.
Terrible experience. The link to take a number was covered with a sheet of paper. When we arrived, the advisor Luis, who was guiding us, was yelling at people and arguing with some elderly women. He told us that "they only attend to people by phone; if you want to get in line, you have to go yourselves." He sat down and stayed on his cell phone. All the girls were unwilling to help us.
