The worst bank I ever seen, They didin't allow you to paid capital of a loan by APP or internet website and If you go to their offices (Is the only way) you have to wait more than 3 hours to their approval of this payment

The service is among the slowest I've ever experienced at a bank. They have five teller windows, but only one or two are working at most. The queuing system is incredibly slow; it's better to use the website or the QR code. The screen displaying the queue numbers is too far away, and the numbers are too small for people with vision problems. The place gets very hot when it's crowded, and the fans aren't working. This bank is terrible in many ways.

My experience at the Plaza de las Américas branch, as well as at the El Dorado Avenue branch, and the phone line is terrible. The service is slow, unfriendly, and untimely. The Plaza de las Américas staff are slow and rude, to the point of telling us customers that if we don't like our services, we should go to another branch. Since they are all staff from the same bank, they don't handle the same information and avoid providing prompt and timely assistance.

The truth is, there are far too many lines for every process, and the QR code for getting an appointment online is useless; nobody uses it. It's worth noting that the staff are doing their best to help, but they definitely need more personnel since this is a very busy location.

This bank is incredibly slow! I waited an hour to make a payment, and they kept telling us to wait. Honestly, 1 out of 5, extremely slow! Don't go!! 😡
