I'm not a frequent customer of the bank, however, when I apply for loans I always run into problems or issues, but this branch has always helped me unlike the others, thank you very much.

I changed phones and now I can't activate the token. I've been going from the office to the phone line and back again, and they're not resolving anything. My money is being held. My credit card won't let me do anything either. This app is terrible. I can't even change phones anymore. I'll have to close my account and open another one with a different bank that causes fewer problems. This app is awful. It won't even let me make a transfer via text message. It's literally holding my money.

I tried to apply for a credit card but the girl who is there to clear the line literally does that, she says they don't have the requested services so there is no line.

Their service is terrible. After waiting two hours, they tell me I can't activate a payroll advance because the system isn't responding, and that doing it the traditional way isn't guaranteed to be approved. Why do they offer services that don't work? Why did they tell me this lie when I opened the account? Why do they waste customers' time like this? Thanks for nothing, and if I could, I would have already switched banks...
