A bank where you're greeted with a terrible attitude. Without even knowing what you're trying to do, they tell you "no." They insist you have a cell phone to get service, and if you don't have data, they won't give you a number. Then, in the end, they come out and tell you they can't help you. The service is awful. I hope they improve.
Lots of people, few ATMs. A location far from everything, but close to the TransMilenio station on Avenida 68.
Sloooooow I've never had a day with fast service. The queue management algorithm is very inefficient. Because it's a bank, it does have wheelchair access. No bathroom available. Customer service: yes. Account opening: yes. Credit application: yes. Interaccount transactions: yes. Credit card payments: yes. Payment for services, only those accepted by the bank. Appointments managed by ticket.
The cashier at window 2 is the most despicable person. What a rude, hateful woman, and the service is terrible. Do yourselves a favor and don't go to that bank.
They don't have a phone line to communicate with the office; it's incredible that they can't communicate from one office to another or even have an internal channel.
