Terrible organization. Out of four "advisors," only one provides assistance and spends over half an hour with each client, while the others chat amongst themselves. If they are unavailable to provide adequate service, they should adjust their hours, as everyone's time is valuable.

A clear example of a bank with no focus on customer service. If the system isn't down, they post an out-of-service notice. There are four cubicles, and only one is working. The advisors who assist are rude and don't understand their customer service role or what it means to wait 30 to 40 minutes to be served.

The service was terrible. I applied for a loan and they disbursed it for the wrong amount and term, plus they included a 3 million peso insurance policy that I never agreed to. They never helped me change the amount or term to the correct one; I had to consolidate my debt with Davivienda. The advisor, Daniela Cañas, is a liar, opportunistic, and audacious; and the manager, Diana Tirano, never helped me or even gave me an explanation for my case. This bank is awful!!!

Banco de Bogotá is the worst nightmare imaginable. Yesterday I tried to make a withdrawal from my ATM, and lo and behold! The money was debited from my account, but it was never given to me. At the branch near this ATM in the Metrópolis Shopping Center in Bogotá, they claimed there were system failures and that I should patiently wait for my money to be returned. Today I still haven't heard anything about my money, and to make matters worse, my card has been blocked. They are petty thieves and scammers... I hope capitalism falls and they go bankrupt, the bastards.

I haven't had any problems at that bank, unlike other customers. It has an ATM. Now I hardly ever go in. Everyone has an electronic appointment system.
