The service is terrible (it took me over an hour and a half to be seen), and after about an hour, a girl finally arrived. One of the advisors asked her what she needed to do, and when she replied that she was opening a business account, they saw her right away. Meanwhile, I was just standing there like a complete idiot, waiting forever. The lines seemed to move at a snail's pace, and to top it all off, some stupid alarm kept going off every so often. Ugh! I'm even getting sleepy. 👎🏼

It's a disgrace. They don't respect the order of service, they give priority to the elderly and their "friends" (literally). I understand that a service module should be for the elderly or disabled, not everyone. Regardless of whether it's children, young people, or the elderly, we all have things to do. They play with our time and, on top of that, they do things begrudgingly. It's disgusting. I've already had two unresolved problems at that location. I don't recommend it.

1 is too much for that bank with bad service and endless waiting times, and it's not even full.

A completely useless branch. I arrived and there were four people ahead of me, and in an hour and a half they only managed to serve two. They were extremely slow, spending all their time talking and laughing amongst themselves instead of working. Even an elderly woman was trying to say something to one of the advisors, and all the old woman did was talk to the man on her right. The worst branch imaginable.

The worst service ever! If you ask for help, they leave you waiting. Plus, at 2 PM, the teller doesn't move at all, and don't even get me started on the manager, who's like a walrus! Can't the bank ever provide decent service? It's thanks to our payments that the bank exists!
