The service was very efficient, and the cashier was very friendly.
If you have the opportunity to open a savings account at Banco de Bogotá, don't take it. It's the worst bank in history. Once you experience it, you realize Bancolombia isn't as bad. They charge you for everything, even breathing. Everything costs money at this awful bank. The service in their branches is as bad and slow as at Caja Social. This traditional banking system should definitely disappear, leaving us only with digital banking: no lines, no paperwork, everything through an app. These banks are a thing of the past.
They're incredibly slow. I've been here for an hour, there's only one person ahead of me, three advisors, and they've been spending an unbelievable amount of time with one gentleman.
Terrible customer service representatives. Please save yourself the trouble of going to this office; it's a complete disaster. The service and customer support are awful. The worst.
In my opinion, Banco de Bogotá is the best bank in Colombia, but this particular branch is absolutely awful. The customer service is terrible; for any transaction, you have to be prepared to lose hours of your day. If you can, avoid coming to this branch.
