Estaba muy lleno y no había alguien que ayudará a las personas a asignarle un turno.
Slower than a turtle, literally, in every sense of the word. They all look like Flash the sloth! They could improve their service by having more customer service representatives to streamline procedures and reduce delays.
The service leaves a lot to be said. You have to come at least 3 days in advance because otherwise they won't serve you.
Terrible service. The attention is very disorganized. I went to request a credit card product and it didn't take long for approval. But to deliver product, they do not coordinate. Because they tell you that they are going to call you and that they are going to write to you when the card is already there. And no one ever wrote to me. I had to go to the office and the worst thing of all is that one is during working hours and one cannot go during lunch time because the bank is closed. So it's been 3 weeks now, almost a month since they've given you the card. Terrible, terrible.
