The tellers were terrible! It took me over an hour and a half to pay a loan, and I couldn't even pay. I had to leave because they were so slow. There were only two tellers, and one of them just walked around instead of helping all those people. I don't know why it costs a bank so much to hire tellers. The service was awful.
The worst advice. You'll never get anything good from these consultants, nothing but disappointment. I've been a client for 10 years.
The experience with the "advisors" was absolutely awful. There were six advisors, but only one female advisor actually attending to her client, while the others were on their phones or talking.
The attendant at register #4 has no people skills; when asked for information, she responded very dismissively. Please improve your attitude towards the public. In addition, the two ATMs are empty. Tuesday, July 5, 2022, 2:10 p.m.
The wait time for a process that should be possible through a digital channel is excessive. We waited over an hour to be assisted while the advisors discussed what to do next.
