I waited over two hours for service, and their response was that they were overwhelmed, but only two out of four advisors were available. Unacceptable; they're playing with customers' time.
The service is friendly. It's open all day, which is very helpful. It also has ironing facilities on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Terrible service, extremely slow to attend to people, they don't care if people have other things to do; you have to come with plenty of time to wait.
Waiting times are long even though the Premium location is unoccupied
It's great that people can bring dogs, but they should fix the escalators and make the Wi-Fi easier to access. I felt like I was applying for a mortgage just trying to use the Wi-Fi.
