There are long delays in processing requests and the quality of the advisors is very poor.
An hour in line to get a number, an hour waiting to be served at the register only to be told I had to see an advisor first because the person handing out numbers wasn't helpful, another hour waiting for my turn with the advisor. Three hours to complete any transaction.
Terrible service, the advisors who give out appointments treat people like animals.
The service is too slow and delayed; the cashiers are never fully staffed, which causes excessive delays for people who are going to pay.
This bank is incredibly slow to serve customers. It takes up your whole morning.
