Terrible service. We requested two appointments online and they never called us. Then we requested one online and they attended to us an hour later, even though they knew there were two people ahead of us.

It's pathetic. I've been waiting for over an hour for a simple procedure. The service is incredibly slow. 0% recommended. After all this waiting, I'd rather close my account with this incredibly slow and unhelpful institution.

Very slow! On a Friday, all the tellers should be working because people are trying to make their transfers right after work.

Terrible service. The advisors drag out processes to address fewer issues. They spend their time talking to the "host," laughing constantly, while we, as users, wait for them to deign to assist us. When we ask for information about the wait time, they declare, with a smile on their faces, that "that time can't be measured," and then walk away without receiving an answer.

I went to the bank, they made me wait over an hour, they "unblocked my account," and it's fake since they didn't even do what they were supposed to do. I have to go back. It's illogical that they make the user go more than twice for the same thing, take so long to serve me, and do everything wrong.
