It's not in service, and who knows for how long. They don't say anything, they don't give any notice, and it's not the only office like this.
The service is terrible, everyone is extremely slow, they serve reluctantly and are super rude.
The service is terrible. The queuing system is chaotic; they can wait up to an hour with a single customer. The tellers are rude and don't give you any change. One teller even handles loan applications. I absolutely do not recommend this bank, and this branch in particular.
This is my third time here, and I find it disrespectful that there isn't someone to guide senior citizens in getting an appointment. I'm young and I do it easily, yet every time I come, I see men and women struggling to get an appointment, which I find insensitive to people who deserve our utmost respect. An international company like this cannot ignore these kinds of situations.
