The bad service was entirely due to the cashier at the counter. The staff was very slow—I waited in the queue from 11:00 to 11:35, and there were only 3 people ahead of me
Worse bank experience ever, they need 3 working date to issue WHT letter when other banks issue it within few minutes.
The most useless bank ever. When calling, they don’t answer just passing the ball other provider. Also, hanging up the phone without even checking the customer needs
Happy with there service and also good environment !!
The ATM is out of service most of the time, customer service also needs to be improved, it is just like a government office now.
