Very worst bank ATM doesn't have money to withdraw per week 3 to 4 times out of order i don't know the Manger is sleeping...

Having used banks in many different countries and experienced varying levels of service, I have to say that opening accounts here was a 100% positive experience. The staff we met were all pleasant and efficiently answered all our queries. The manager Amila Wijetunge was especially helpful, a lovely man. Miloria (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) guided us through the use of the app, so even I can manage it. Thanks to you all for a job well done.Much appreciated.

Bad bank ever. My husband went to get a letter from this bank to get the ETF. We provided all the documents for them. They told us to come again after three days. After we went back, the girl who took our documents was absent. The girl’s name is oshini. Others told us they don't have the document which we gave. And the manager is not in his cabin at all. This is like a government Office.

Customer service is so bad. Opened a new account on end of January. It's been a month. I didn't receive any confirmation or callback from the bank itself.
