Worst customer care and arrogant female staff. Never happend any other NDB bank branch I visited. Visited there because of my debit card issue, I dont understand why management keep rude people like them who doesnt know meaning of customer care.
Excellent service through and through. Manager was efficient and very friendly. Went for multiple issues dealing with multiple accounts. All things were explained, fixed, and set up. Would highly recommend this bank over any other.
The worst bank in Digana. The Manager who is a lady is such an arrogant person who only treats people with big bag with respect. Their employee turnover is also very high as their own staff resign on a short term which shows the bank's management efficiency. The only pro thing about this bank is they have enough parking space.
