I recently visited HNB Kandy City Centre and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and professionalism. Located right in the heart of Kandy, this branch offers convenient access to banking services, making it a great spot for both locals and visitors. The staff at HNB are always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to assist with any banking needs. Whether you’re there for simple transactions, opening an account, or any complex inquiries, the team ensures everything runs smoothly. I especially appreciated how efficient they were, with minimal wait times. The banking environment is clean, modern, and well-organized, creating a comfortable atmosphere for customers. The location within the Kandy City Centre mall is very convenient for those who may need to run errands while taking care of their banking. Waited around 1hr but still got no response from the staff. Staff is on their own work in front of customers(on personal calls and working on other stuff not related to the customer in-front). Need more work on the branch efficiency for customers. Returned and asked the staff to void the account creation. Not returning to this HNB branch again.

I had a great experience today at this branch. I’m usually met with great customer service at HNB but today in particular was wonderful, because they went beyond what they should do to help me. Although, I, unfortunately, arrived at the back exactly at 3 pm on a Saturday, the staff was kind enough to let me in and help me with my issue. They didn’t rush me or anything at all and they were really pleasant and helpful with me and my matter was taken care of as easily, to which I was very grateful for. Because I was busy and in a rush, hence why I got late in the first place.
