Sad news to say. I went the bank today . All ready i check my acount no from bank and after staying almost 15mintes in cdm machin because put the cash But by the time s.o of the branch coming to the cdm with one customer not given execuse and he is use the cdm machine . 03 time he try to put the money but failed . After that he gave chance to me . I think im aslo customer he also customer no need to favorites .

Very poor customer service and i was waiting more than 40 minutes to change a cash cheque and get approval from kandy branch.
