Visited Kundasale HNB branch to exchange USD to SLR. A simple 2-minute process took over 30 minutes. Literally, the staff did not know what to do, I was surprised, after filling half a dozen forms (somebody had to walk a staff member over the phone on how to fill the form in their own system), making passport copies, multiple questions, finally got it my own money. So, much for receiving dollars when there is a huge dollar crunch in the country. Needless to say, not going to this branch.. and perhaps time to close the accounts as well.

Exceptionally helpful, quick and friendly service by Mr.Indika and Ms.Rashmi at the Kundasale HNB branch. Highly recommend 👍

ME AND MY COMPANY have been banking wid HNB since 1989. We have had great and good experience with them. Mr. Praveenth at HNB KUNDASALE, Branch was an outshining personalities above all. He was helping us out of the way and was so prompt with services while the cashier handling personal was struggling to handle our banking work at that time and customer care given was unremarkable, please recognize such talents so others will be more encouraged. Wheare is your wheel chair entrance in your HNB Kundersala branch? I can't see anything maybe I am r Wrong, today also I will come I really need to see that entrance, best of luck, Cheers Mates. I went to Kundasale (Nattarampota) branch and the lady named Kanchana helped me with very good customer support. She was very efficient and pleasantly quick to complete my banking needs.
