NDB Bank - Malabe 838 B240 Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte

I had a very disappointing experience at the NDB Malabe branch. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. There was a clear lack of proper communication, and customers were kept waiting without any clear information. When raising a complaint, it was not handled in a professional manner. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff blamed the customer and even suggested that if we were not satisfied, we could cancel the account. This is not the way customer concerns should be handled. For a reputed bank like NDB, this level of service is unacceptable. The management should seriously look into improving staff professionalism and customer service standards. Not recommending the Malabe branch.

He guided us through every step, explained all the requirements clearly, and worked diligently to ensure our loan was processed and finalized very quickly. We were amazed at how fast everything came together. ​His hard work and dedication were truly remarkable. This experience has completely changed my mother's perspective on banking; she was so impressed that she now firmly believes private banks offer a superior level of service compared to government banks. ​We are incredibly grateful to Devaka and the NDB Malabe team for their exceptional support. This is my first experience with NDB bank. I obtained a credit card from the bank and I went there to collect it. I didn't feel the much welcoming from the staff. The credit card was dispatched a week before and still didn't inform me to collect it until I called the bank.

The staff working who gives documents was doing ten other things instead of attending to the customer at the desk. It's like I am forced to work here so that ndb gives me a salary. If you don't like your job quit. Don't tke it out on the customers .

Credit department has good active officers.
