Poor Staff alwsys r people apologizing everytime when clients complain. One of the worst banking experiences you will ever get in Sri Lanka. Since my housing loan 5 years back never turned back to NBD as NEOS App is dowb most of the times or tech issues or Bank system down whenever you call. Best way is to visit the branch and they r very helpful. But Calls Online banking etc.is definitely a nighmare. No point looking at a deadhorse on the table. Pls check why the horse died. Hope NDB wake up at declining Banking Experience ever.

Poor service and even worse communication! At the last minute, when I was hours from leaving the country they became desperate when I said I was going to raise a complaint, claiming they had sent me emails that I still cannot find. Now radio silence, because they know I am no longer in Sri Lanka. They have my details, so where's the follow through if they were genuine? This branch is what's most deplorable and frustrating about banking in Sri Lanka. They think they're doing us a favour by holding our money, when the privilege is all theirs. Do better!

Ruins the NDB banking experience completely. Worst branch. Always only one teller is available and some times there are no tellers and have to wait for 30mins just to make a transaction. NDB Palawatta branch manager, Please put some effort in to making it a better experience for your customers. Thank you.

Very good staff at this branch. They are very professional and helpful to all customers. Quick service. Located in a very good position. They also have special assistance and services for Priviledge customers. Plenty of parking in front of the bank with security to help with parking.
