The service got worse after the move, only one counter for personal service, long queue and hopelessly slow. Then apparently it is better service to close at 1 pm instead of 3 pm, maybe it is better to change banks.

We are an association with a hundred members who have changed treasurer and need to be in contact with the bank to manage our money (several hundred thousand) we started last fall have submitted all the paperwork as they should but they keep coming up with new demands, now we are in February of the new year and have been promised that they will call so we can resolve this, but they haven't heard back, will we have to close down our fantastic association because Swedbank is ignoring us.
