Extremely bad experience We went one person ahead of us in queue to get token and they ask to wait outside bank One person come us and went directly inside and ask tocken they person giving tocken help him and we wait 30 minutes and all counter no one there they wait for tocken issue and then all 4 person then start issuing tocken and give us tocken and after 30 minutes our turn come and ask her we need go doctor appointment she rudely said then go and she can’t help and I ask why you help before us..
Yesterday we visited Swedbank in Frölunda to issue bank ids for our two older children. Miss Ana helped us with this. She was a very kind, very helpful lady, very fast in whatever she was trying to do. It was a real great pleasure working with her..So, thank you Ana and thank you Swedbank for having chosen Ana as your employee because she is working hard to offer high level services to Swedbank customers..
Very bad service, dont let customer go and wait inside the bank but wait out side under the cold rain. No smile, no abilities and knowledge in customer service. Blame on the manager not teaching their personal good enough.
Inquired about my bank account application status three times at the reception desk. First time I had the feeling the guy wanted to get rid of me. He said they were too busy dealing with customer applications these days and he didn't event dare checking his system for me so I asked to update my phone number to keep me posted but without success. Second time two weeks ago I had a young lady asking me for a Swedish ID card and suggesting me to go over the whole process over again because I just received my personnummer and with my Swedish card it would "quicker" (sic) and smooth. When I filled out the form my coordination number was enough. And I did opened such application 6 weeks ago back then.... Third time today. Same lady this afternoon than previous time. After serval arguments namely the fact I've been waiting for two months she finally decided to check its system and asked to show my French passport to open the bank account immediately. I only had my French ID so obviously it
The first time we went, we were met by an Asian lady (I'm sorry I don't know her name) who couldn't help us and didn't give us the correct information. The second time we went they told us that this information was wrong and that they could not open the account and they promised to send us a letter commenting why they could not open our account and that this letter would take a day to arrive, 3 weeks have passed since then and We decided to go back to the Bank for the third time, in which they denied us again and on top of that they told us that this letter was a lie, that it would never arrive and that our company look at the website if it wants to know the Bank's policies. It seems that being a foreigner it does not matter how many papers you present, it is simply impossible for them to help you with an account that according to Swedish law you must have by right.
