Took two hours to get done something which could have been done in 15 mins. I don’t think it’s the staff’s fault, but it’s high time HNB plan how to manage the crazy peak hours by allocating more resources to the branch.

I visited the HNB Wijerama branch today to receive money through MoneyGram. Since it was my first time using this service here, I asked for assistance. The staff, from the security uncle to the bank assistants, were incredibly helpful and quickly guided me through the process. I really appreciate their friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for smooth banking experiences!

Visited the Wijerama HNB branch today to obtain my tax withholding certificates and considering the timelines the staff managed to provide the service promptly and I was able to get the certificate within 15minutes. Staff is nice and helpful. Not very crowded when I was there.

I visited the Wijerama Bracnh today. I had an issue with a dormant account and also a diseased joint account holder. Most people I asked around said I will have to visit the original branch (Kuliyapitiya) to get this done. But I took a chance and went to my nearest Wijerama Branch. The security guard (I could not get his name) who gave us a freindly welcome, quickly showed me to the Manager (Kapila). The manager listned to me attentively and explained to me what need doing and directed me to Navoda to solve the issue. Navoda and Bawanthi together sorted the issue in no time. All the way, they all had a positive and helpful attitude to get the job done making me feel a valued customer. Hats off to you and keep up the good work!

Waste of time. They did not answer the phone at all.
