HNB Maradana (Hatton National Bank) 696 10 Maradana Road

Today I faced a false information which I asked about foreign charges and the person who answered confirmed me that there is no extra charge. Also she confirmed I can double check it with card center. When I called card center, they said that there is a charge and again the same branch; Maradan who picked the phone said that I have to bear the extra charge which they said firsly "NO". How can we trust the word of this bank's people ??????? Really disappointed....

Disappointed rude customer service the person in counter should know how to fulfill the customer needs not asking unwanted questions. I have went to apply for my debit card and pass book for my account which I have opened in abroad and done all my transaction the remittance I have sent thru this bank and now I'm in my vacation I need a debit card for my personal use which I cannot bring all the time cash where ever I go. The lady in the counter able to help me requirement and the person with the spect came asking why you need debit card and why you need pass book it's not your concern my privilege to have my card and the pass book I don't need your advice to print the e-statment and file. Don't think hat I was taking from your pocket or from money I'm taking my money and I'm having the passbook for my references the person treat me that I was begging money from the bank or I'm asking money from he's pocket.
