Terrible services our assigned in the branch today to close my accounts and they kept ping pong-ing from one desk to another. Our assigned manager was unbothered despite trying to reach out to her. I ended up being late for my next appointment not that it mattered to them and it is highly unlikely this post will make any difference to them.
