Worst experience ever. Got ticket at 10.11am by 10.51am I was still waiting to have my expired ATM Card replaced. I reached out to the manager who had to come to the counter to sort out the matter but service never changed. Eventually had to leave without getting anything done at 11.03am. Truly pathetic service from Counter 6 & 7 tellers. Walking up and down, constantly speaking on their phones while customers just sit there helplessly. Tragic and terrible
