STAY AWAY!!! Terrible experience at Gate House Nakuru branch . The salary loan section holding salary money for no reason. Attempt to have Edith the new equity officer to stop tampering with my account has fallen to deaf ears. For peace of mind, stay far away from this bank before they mess up all your plans and get embarrassed as they hold you balance at their will and will only respond to you at their convenience. Worst bank ever!!!
It was indicated that the Head Office closes at 1800hrs on your website, if that is not the case, kindly update that. I wasn't allowed in at 5pm. Very frustrating...
The most unreliable bank. Never answer calls or emails and you use your own credit to call shameful.
