The normal Equity bank ambience; long queues, absent tellers, slow customer service and crowded spaces. It's better than many other branches though. One thing you must be wary of; despite the long queues, they only have a single teller for cash transactions so make sure you have enough time to wait when visiting the branch
Why have a ticketing system and not follow it? Something simple I've ended up spending over an hour at this branch. Avoid this branch if you don't want to get your time wasted 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
It has a wheelchair accessible ramp apart from regular stairs. It got wifi,banks, a free car parking & a restaurant.
They have all services available here for studenst and staff including guests whom come. You don't need to go far
