Guards are helpful, their system is hectic 🤦🏽‍♀️, customer service (for some) is bad and they’re having attitudes except for the tellers on 04/12/2023 and other days , if they’re on shift together. I had to highlight the date just in case, so that whatever the HR supervisor has to do with the improvements, some shouldn’t be affected coz they don’t deserve it either. Possibly, I could’ve mention their names directly but I don’t know their names(for the ladies with attitude)

The service is top notch, no queues here

I honestly loved the G4S Guard who plays a double role of being the Eagle's Eye as well as Public Relation. He kept on a smiling face and ready to help. I was so happy as I was paying my sister's school fees. On the other hand, I would rather encourage that the staffs to follow the Teller Receipt number to lessen customer confusion at the Customer Desk (The incident is when they call you via the machine of course but when you get there, someone has taken your place well you weren't late, they should check on the customer's receipt since the human race is generally egocentric). But all in all, I loved the aesthetic, it's calming as a banker. Hongera Equity Bank, My Bank of Choice.

Allow me to express my frustration at the experience with a G4S night guard today on the 09/04/2018 night. The gentleman went on to shout at my daughter not to press the ATM while she clearly wasn't doing so and insulted me in the process. I was clearly very angry with him about this and about his conduct. Kindly advise this gent to be more professional in his conduct as a customer service person as the face of the bank.

The most unreliable bank especially when it comes to diaspora services. Use it at your own risk. They never receive calls or even reply to emails. I could give a zero star because One is a lot.
