Today, I have been so so "lucky" of meeting the lady in charge, outside the office. You can not imagine her arrogance and attitutude Please, close this branch and do what it is needed to do with that branch manager. I tell you, close your account with this bank here. You will be in trouble, sooner or later. Something else. Dont be naive that "customer service" is going to do something for you. They will send you some emails, just for the sake of being " customer friendly", but the truth of the matter is that they just care about taking your money for the bank. It is very sad, taking money from customers with dubious ways, just for the profit of the bank....

One star, just because there is no zero star. They are not honest and transparent at this branch. Manager is the worse, with no empathy, and no willingness to support customers, just herself. Avoid yourself unnecessary expenses and frustration. Customer support? A lot of good words, but finally, no real reply... There are a lot of banks around, with better service and cost implications. Update 211124 . They are the" most honest and transparent bank on Earth...." . Be aware

I'll also say as one reviewer said, if I had the option of zero star, I would. Got there at 4:04pm with my baby expecting it to close at 5pm. A lady at the door asked me if I am going in and I said yes and she said it's past time and it was locked. I tried explaining to them that I don't even have parking fees and if they could only spare me 5mins cause my money was in the lock account and the very dark skin man in one of the straight across desks from the door told me it's closed, it's closed. I told them I was expecting the bank to be closed at 5pm and to please spare me 5mins and he told me to go to TRM. He told me THEY DON'T WORK OVERTIME, then he told the guard to direct me to TRM like I am dumb or aggressive. Please pay attention to the wording.Now imagine, driving out to rush to TRM cause they can't spare me 5mins. I had to borrow money. I thought empathy was a necessity for service. Tomorrow I am going back to withdraw all my money and close my account. No service training fo

Loop put the users through a lot prior to the new app launch in 2023/Q4 2022, and I was among those deeply affected and frustrated (Getting to the cashier at a supermarket and realising you can’t access your money from the app, the card, or the web app). But I’ve not had a single issue with Loop since I got the new app. It’s also a much improved version of the old blue/white themed one, and has more functionality and better UX. Posting my review because I’ve banked with Loop for 5 years, 5 months, and 9 days, and I’m happy with the current developments.

The service at this NCBA is frustratingly slow. I was 6th in queue and still waited more than 45 minutes to be served by one of only 2 available tellers.
